However the main issue was the damage to the product's original retail package. Product comes with a nice tin box. When received, the box was crushed and the inner black plastic mold/protector was cracked even thou shipping box was OK. This did not appear to have been caused by the courier in transit. I can say with almost 100% certainty this was shipped in the same damaged condition.
