I’m not really sure how I feel about that. They were polite in their communication and seemed like they were trying to be helpful. I appreciate them not shipping the guitar if it really was damaged, but we didn’t feel comfortable paying more for a different instrument. The sellers gave us a prompt refund so I guess everything worked out ok.
