    Item was late arriving solely due to the sellers delay in shipping. Seller took three days to print a label and an entire week to ship a simple phone box. Arrived well after delivery date promised in ad. Since this was to be a graduation gift we were forced to purchase another elsewhere. Value lost due to sellers delay in shipping. Not worth paying to return item. Contacted seller twice, showed no concern. Frustrating and disappointing.

    I apologize for your bad experience, especially since it was for a gift. Not an excuse, but I was out of town for a long weekend so my son can spend time with his grandparents. I printed the label and scheduled the pickup so I could ship out as soon as possible and meet the advertised delivery date. On the flight back, it wasdelayed 8 hours so had to reschedule pickup. I genuinely rushed to ship it out the following day. My mistake was not keeping you in the loop of my personal travel conflicts.
