Looks like an almost NEW unit with only a small blemish on the phone handset, which doesn’t affect anything! The power supply, handset cord, ethernet cable and stand were all in sealed packages and the phone’s display appears scratch-free! It’s like NEW! Seller accepted my “Make Offer” bid and shipping was reasonable. Great value for the money, IMHO. I appreciate it was “Reset to factory defaults” and unlocked. Would buy from this seller again!

Phone arrived complete with wall wart power supply brand new cables and the latest firmware. Phone was factory defaulted and in"unlocked" condition making configuration provisioning easy. Phone is a great value for the money and was shipped fast. I received the phone in 2 days despite the orig shipping estimate of 1 week. I am very satisfied with purchase and wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

I ordered 2 complete phone sets for our older phone system at work. Neither phone works, you cannot hear people speaking when they call, they sound very far away. I tried multiple handsets and changed out phone lines to no avail. Now I am stuck with a charge for products that don't work.
