    Had the item listed as new, which is why I bought them. They were not new it was used, flase advertising. In thier defense, they did sat it was a return in the description. Which i did not read initially, but still should not be listed as new. Idk how long the first owner used them because they are supposed to have an 11 hour battery life. They do not. Meaning they were used for some time. Seller did not respond to me when I contacted for a refund, do not list a used item a new.
