Packaging is beyond adequate, so no worries about damage. Shipping was super fast (helps that I'm one state away). The unit was as described. My only problem (and it's my fault for not reading closely), was that the m.2 ssd hard drive was a non-nvme m.2 ssd hard drive, but the ad didn't state NVME, so my fault (not theirs). Luckily I have spare inventory of NVME Hard drives, so no problems.
