Seller first told me they were on vacation for 15 days so I was ok with that but then they STILL never shipped my shears & I had to contact Ebay. Only then was I refunded my money. I won these shears in a bid for $5.45 so I guess they were willing to risk this VERY negative review at the expense of $5. Shame on them!!
