Seller took extra photos of item after I posed a question. Good price, good packaging, no complaints at all. Would definitely purchase from this seller again.

Item received was registered to another user on Chime app, even though shipper had told me that all i needed to do was press the button on the side to reset it. I had asked him to remove it from their Ring app before shipping it. So basically It was a deceptive business practice. I contacted seller and his only solution was to ask me to ship it back. I asked him to remove it from his Ring app instead and have had no response for over 3 weeks. Ring customer service finally solved problem.
