It has to be flat and thin, so I can't add plastic to the paper envelope. I started out with the plastic envelopes first, but they kept getting lost in the mail and I had to issue refunds and never saw my fabric again. I think the fabric ended up slipping down and getting scrunched up then not meeting shipping terms. I don't know for sure, but since I switched to regular envelopes, I haven't lost any yet.
