It was just in a black plastic bag with a shipping label slapped on it. That's pretty unacceptable for a "rare" case and the price I paid. The item description said "great game" and "it works," which insinuates that a game comes with it. The game wasn't pictured, and it said "case" in the title, but the description was misleading. I didn't leave negative feedback because the seller was willing to work with me on the price.
