The shipping time was appropriate for the item origin and destination. The price was excellent and the item functioned as described. The only minor complaint I have is that the keyboard backing has a small tear/hole in it, which I covered with a small bit of electrical tape and the ribbon cables were crimped, which worried me, but does not seem to affect the performance.
