- f***c (269)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseItem arrived broken, the figure had come of its base and part of her dress and hand were broken. Whilst I believe this was partly due to mishandling of the postal service, I contacted the seller who offered me a refund for the item but I still haven’t received anything. I really hate to leave any sort of negative feedback but I am very unhappy with the state the item arrived in as it was listed as new.Reply from: jemmalkent- Feedback replied by seller jemmalkent.- Feedback replied by seller jemmalkent.Customer constacted us to if form us that the item was broken in the post, they were really helpful and sent photo's to show the damaged, this meant we were able to put a claim in with Royal Mail. A full refund was processed but due to an error, on our side the customer was not refund. We have now refunded the customer in full. We belive in giving great service and good comunication and this time we clearly fell short. We have put in processes to ensure this does not happen again.
