There was certainly care that went into these books. Comics benefited from surface cleaning and new bags and boards at arrival. Packaging was imperfect. There was no obvious comic damage. The boards were a bit oversized to compensate for movement within package during shipping. It’s only a matter of time before these packaging practices equate to damaged books.
