Almost all card orders $20 and under are shipped via eBay Standard Envelope via PWE. This is standard practice now for most card sellers on eBay, as Ground Advantage labels alone cost $4.25 and up, not to mention the additional price of a bubble mailer and box. I prefer using Card Saver 1's over toploaders as letter mail can experience 90 degree bends that can shatter toploaders. I'm also always happy to issue partial or full refunds for condition issues.
