After a week ran into an issue with the replacement laptop, which had to be sent back again at no cost to me, but had to wait a further week for it to be fixed and returned to me. A week on it seems as good as knew and for the price paid a lot cheaper than most retail outlets and good communication and assistance received via their chat line.
