I’m not a computer technician and I would not know what I was doing. No fix I was asked to return it with a list of conditions. If it was deemed to be damaged I was to blame. I got it fix. Today I have received and email blaming me. This PC was dispatched fully functional with an included USB WiFi adapter. When the buyer reported issues, we:Immediately sent a free replacement adapterOffered live remote troubleshooting (declined)Provided prepaid return options (refused)The issue was simply reinstalling the adapter - a basic fix our support could have walked them through in minutes. We went beyond our obligations by providing multiple solutions, all of which were rejected.
