The box was a retail box of another Blu-ray player. The box was advertising its contents. The box being so thin it offered little protection for the contents. The seller offered no apology, only said to return it as damaged. Check my MANY glowing feedback comments in regards to packing and this one was no exception. Bubble wrapped in an OEM box...how could it be better? I recommend blocking buyer as I have...not worthy of my business. You just can't please some people!
