    I ordered 60 Hope Health KN95 masks. I've been using the brand for five years. What I was sent were 60 flimsly, single-ply, what I considered non-protective masks. Not the same as I have ordered from the actual company HopeHealth. I contacted the seller, she said she's not taking them back. I contacted her again. Again, she refused to take them back. I then send an email to E-Bay, but did not received a reply. I've done business with E-bay in the past couple of years, but will not any more.
