Then I put in the Charger which was third party but it did not stay in the charge port and had to be held in place to charge the laptop. Told them, they said they would send a replacement that never came. Next the laptop had not been reset from the person who had it before had to reset it myself. The Battery would only last 1 hour before it needed charging again. The screen started going white. they refund
