All of the leds are soldered well to their heatsink mounts. Was able to measure a average voltage of 3.34V at 0.3A on several of the LEDs. These fluoresce objects quite bright for only 1W power consumption and do better than many cheap 5W led flashlights. ( later found out the plastic lenses they used blocked over 90% of uv so they output purple light only ) Great LEDs for the money.
