The laptops came with a non-standard image of Windows installed that had team viewer ready to go. Immediately flashed these with my own copy of Windows. One of the computers didn't work after arriving but the seller was willing to ship a replacement back immediately and paid for me to ship the broken was back. Computers were good value, and have a valid windows key.

Had an HP several years back that felt like a cheap childs toy, not this one!

The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.
