The Airpod was still connected to the original owner's Apple ID, making it useless to me. I contacted the seller, asking him to disconnect (it's something only the original owner can do). And if he didn't know how to, he could contact Apple and they would explain. He refused to do so, one can only wonder why. In other words, seller sold a useless item.
