Although it took 2 attempts to finally get the line cutter, the seller had nothing to do with the issues in getting the item. In both cases, USPS is to blame. The first attempt after 7 days made it to the state in which I live and got lost or stolen, who knows. The USPS site have never updated, it still says Moving Through Network, In Transit to Next Facility, Arriving Late. I notified the seller, was refunded so I ordered a 2nd one. It took 2 weeks, but I got it! Thank you Sarah!
