The item was MISDELIVERED, so I asked the seller to verify if the recipient address is correct and how the package looks like, so that USPS can find the package. However, the seller NEVER RESPONDED, which is super unprofessional. USPS used GPS location to find where the package was placed and got back the item, but the item was in a TERRIBLE condition.

This is sadly not how we treat our customers. This transaction was refunded to you and we incurred a loss and had to pay for the lost item by USPS. We are sorry about the way USPS handles lost items. However it is not in our control when USPS loses any item. We value all of our clients.
