I purchased this and several other items. I wanted to return five of them. The listing for each states, "returns accepted", but seller did not want to refund saying, "listings should have stated returns NOT accepted." Seller finally agreed that I could return all five items for full refund, but gave a refund for only one of them. He was unresponsive to further inquiries. I had to file a complaint with eBay. Seller was forced to issue a refund for the other four items, including this one.
