All the bass buttons had fallen in. After looking over the accordion and the packing - there was no cushioning of any kind, just an accordion shoved into a cardboard box - I should have taken pictures and sent it back. I've had this happen before but was able to extract the buttons so I decided to fix it. That was a mistake and I was overconfident. I realized that this damage was beyond my experience. Now I have sent the bass section to an accordion repair man in Chicago. No communication.

The bow is what I wanted. The package was damaged and the end of bow was sticking out on the damaged end. No problem with bow. Maybe that is why it took two extra days to get to me.ups should have resealable the damaged part.
