when i contacted them about how my jeans were mismarked and i had to roll up the pants 3 times, i was told that the measurements were in the item pictures which showed tape measures as those marked on the label. I was unable to verify this but i know when pants are too big. So unless my legs grew 6 or so inches longer during the night i don't see how on earth they could be the right size.

It is unfortunate the pants didn't fit you as desired. However, your negative feedback is without merit. Measurements are clearly depicted in the listing and detailed in the description. For you to state you were unable to verify this clearly tells me that you didn't review any of the pictured measurements either before purchase or when you received the pants. In fact, the measurements revealed the tagged measurement is virtually spot on. Your negative feedback is being reviewed by eBay admin.
