The catch on it was broken and their was no loose plastic bit in the package which means it was sent broken.

I'm sorry you feel that way the plastic clasp was on there when i took the picture but why not bring this to my attention when it was delivered to you not 3 months down the road I wish you would have said something but the plastic on that case is vintage and it was a 1980's item that was never used so in reality at this point its a collectors item not something that would make it through everyday use im sorry truly
