Unfortunately, the Cannon box was open and the cartridge plastic container inside was unsealed. This product was advertised as "new" but that was not true. I contacted the seller, and found out the problem originated as their location. They denied it, said they had pictures. But this was untrue. I tried the ink cartridge in my printer the next day, and it was already used up. The seller wanted me to send it back and start a return, but I am unwilling to do that for anyone. Waste of time, costs.
