It was in the hands of Royal Mail throughout but their was some gobbledygook info on the tracking system about the package being of different dimensions to those expected so it was shuttled around within Royal Mail until eventually arriving about four days late. The item seems fine and I wasn't in a hurry for it but some sensible explanation should have been forthcoming rather than just vague jargon.
