I contacted the seller but we were unable to reach a mutually-agreeable compromise. I returned the 1st item I'd purchased because it wasn't compatible to my iMac OS. He sent me replacement but it was identical to the item I'd just returned. He declined to accept the replacement item's return, so I contacted my bank's CC dept. and I expect to get a full refund from them in a few days.
