Description said the box was only opened and never used, brand new unit with open box. The box was also mutilated when I received it. I hooked it up and it wouldn’t read a disc or even accept a disc without forcing the disc in. The return experience was fairly simple other than me having to run to the post office to mail it back. Bad description.
