Synopsis
The Doors are rock royalty. Jim Morrison, Ray Manzarek, Robby Krieger, and John Densmore reinvented rock 'n' roll in the 60s, and their influence can be felt even today. Now, for the first time, the living members of the band are opening up their personal archives to their fans, telling their story in their own words. This book is filled with untold anecdotes and never-before-seen photos from their private collections. Fans can learn first-hand what really went on in America's most enigmatic and mythical band., The surviving members of the Doors, plus the families of Jim Morrison and his late girlfriend Pamela Courson, join forces to bring fans an unparalleled tour through the personal archives of one of the greatest bands of all time. With Ben Fong-Torres, former senior editor and writer for Rolling Stone - the last journalist to speak to Jim Morrison.

The Angkor book arrived finally, and is indeed beautiful. Thank you. The USPS tracking system is woefully inadequate. Tracking at one point indicated early delivery, which would have been great as this was a birthday present, but then got hung up at one facility for MANY days before moving onward to the destination. Arriving after the birthday. Tracking should NOT post an early arrival date and then have the package sit in limbo for days. DeJoy is killing the postal system.
