      The set was listed as complete, but there were seven missing pieces. When I messaged them about it they said it was complete when it was sent to me. I pointed out that the missing pieces were not actually pictured on their photo on the listing (I didn’t notice until I built it). They said they would look into it. This was 12 days ago. I sent a polite message five days ago asking if everything was okay. No answer. The set cost £26 and it’s going to cost me £19 to purchase the missing pieces.

      I was in contact with this buyer after they reported the missing pieces and explained that I would check for them, as it’s possible they could have fallen out of the packaging. Shortly afterwards I went on vacation, and my shop was placed on holiday mode with a note that I would respond to messages once I returned. Even while away, I still replied to the buyer and offered either a full refund, or if they preferred to keep the set, a 40% refund. I always aim to resolve any issues fairly
