Beware of sellers offering "No Returns". If product is non-working, you have no recourse to your payment. Such is the case with this product. Neither of the phones work when plugged in. These phones were to be an extension of an existing set of same phone system. Seller has not responded to my request for advice on how to solve the problem of the non working product.
