    Looks the same as in the picture. I thought the top would be screw on but it is a pressure fit so I am not sure how well that will hold up with use. It does not come with a biohazard sticker so you will need to get one of those since it is a sharps container. Other than that it seems to be decent quality, we will see how the blade holds up to use. We dispose of 50-100 insulin syringes a day in our practice.
