Order was shipped the same day it was paid. Post office delays are out of our control although we did file a missing mail request. We have been in communication with buyer since being aware it is late but buyer is upset we can't do anything and lied saying we didn't answer. Until the Post Office finds it or officially marks it lost there is nothing we can do.
