Unfortunately the item had multiple defects making it not fit for purpose or useable funtion. Contact with seller detailing defects was a straight forward process and a relatively quick process once return shipping was taken out of the consideration equation. I still endorse Salvos Stores as a seller. This is one item that slipped through the system. A full refund was made so all good as far as I am concerned.
