Flanged spacer didn't fit my hub width. Bearings wouldn't seat. I thought it would be a slide in spacer but the bearings had to be removed and the spacer installed but it was not the right length. I ended up grinding down the flanges and then polishing the spacer to get it to work. I think a straight sleeve would have been an easier solution. Live and learn. It was my fault for buying the wrong wheel in the first place.
