Shipping was quick and for a great price! Seller took loads of precaution and packaged very thoroughly. It was double bagged, and had lots of padding and some bubble wrap to prevent porcelain from breaking. Very grateful for the careful package as everything arrived safely! The clown is exactly as described and even came with a free pen! Would recommend this seller!! (Thank you so much for the wonderful clown!!)

The item is as pictured, but it is a miracle it arrived undamaged. The product was a fragile item in an empty product box. That box was nicely wedged in a bigger box with paper to prevent it moving around, but that doesn't do any good if the item can move in the original box. I also always now warm sellers to pack tightly because of how many cappers I get arriving damaged when not, but that request was ignored.
