I was disappointed to find that the radio did not work. I called the manufacturer to get a replacement battery and that particular size is no longer available due to the age of the unit. I went to multiple websites for the exact battery size with no luck. I contacted the seller and received a very prompt response and was refunded the purchase price and shipping.
