This was advertised as new with tags, but I don't think it was. There was no price tag and the cece tag wasn't attached the way it normally is. It also has a very heavy powdery or perfume smell. The shirt itself is in good shape, but I've already soaked it on baking soda and vinegar overnight and it still smells. I am hoping one more overnight soak will do the trick. The shirt shipped quickly.
