Had to jump through hoops with eBay to get a refund as the seller became non-responsive after the package was rerouted back to them, as they didn't want to refund until they received it back (which they did). This is my fourth purchase with this seller, although only two items have ever actually been delivered to me. I hope they consider using a different carrier.
