The bearing and circlip was fine but the nylock nut is 2mm small on the diameter to fit my 1999 306. Note for other 306 owners, my original circlip had no eyes for a circlip plyer, and with the standard type circlip the diameter of the nut washer needs to be reduced to stop it binding on the eyes. My Haynes manual only shows standard circlips iin use so could be a later model issue.
