They messaged to say they would send when they were back. Then they couldn't find the item, saying the must have sold it previously and forgot to take it off automatically relisting. I then had to ask for a refund rather than the seller doing it automatically. The refund didn't come so I had to ask eBay to step in. I appreciate things can go wrong, but not putting it right straight away is very poor practice.
