This transaction was not completed for unknown reason. My money was refunded!

The buyer left a negative review even though the transaction was not complete and item has not been shipped to the buyer. I messaged her the reason why the order was cancelled before she left a review. Still the buyer deliberately left a negative review even though her money was fully refunded citing a reason. The buyer showed a vengeful attitude by giving this review.

The transaction was not completed because the seller claimed there was an issue with the shipping address. Whatever issue the seller had with the purchase was not corrected or attempted to be corrected a the seller did not communicate well. A correction was requested immediately after the transaction was not completed. Nothing vengeful here... The item was paid for and if the shipping address was supposedly the reason the sale wasn't the completed that could have been fixed!
