Thanks for your feedback, but I would have liked that we worked things out. I told you I had shipping insurance worth what you paid. You were unwilling to send the necessary photos to UPS so they could approve the claim.
I asked you to initiate the refund process and you did not do that either. I can't do anything if you are unwilling to cooperate with me.
The photos I had in my listing were the original ones and the item was new.
