Shipped without needing signature after telling them to ship to my P.O. Box they wanted to send to my home address. Told them I get mail stolen since it’s a community mailbox. They said they would make sure I would need to sign for it. Didn’t happen and got lucky the package was in the mail box. the package came in the cheapest bag possible. You would think better packaging for something that cost so much. Shipped it like it’s a regular t shirt.

We cancelled the original shipping label because the address on your Ebay account showed a PO Box. We then asked you to correct the address on your ebay page. When that was not done we contacted you, multiple times to correct the address. I feel like we went above and beyond to accommodate. We sent Priority shipping & "signature required for delivery" for an additional $3.50. The postal service did not do their job but the receipt shows the service was paid for. The service was double packaged.
