Buyer claims that item was "dried out" This item was a shelf pull from a big box store and then cut open the merchandise and wanted to return an altered product. Obviously we do work with customers but not after they obliterated the merchandise. The merchandise should have been returned in the same condition that it was sent out as not cut open and beyond salvage. We also have no control over shipping speed once the item is picked up by the carrier.
