We reached out to the buyer because this was the first we heard about the issue. No contact was made to us about the issue just negative feedback. We made 2 attempts to fix this issue for them via email, but they will not reach back out to us to fix. Item was in manufactures packaging unopened so we wouldn't notice the issue.
